Gebruik de bonen zonder de zaadjes door ze toe te voegen aan je warme melk, thee of zelfs je favoriete sterke drank. Vergeet niet af en toe te roeren!\r\n\r\nWil je je vanillebonen niet meteen gebruiken, maar ook niet weggooien? Maak dan vanillepoeder om in je volgende recept te gebruiken. Om dit te doen, droog je de bonen, ofwel in de open lucht ofwel door ze een tiental minuten in de oven te leggen op 40\u00b0 en 50\u00b0. Eenmaal gedroogd, plet je ze met een stamper of meng je ze tot een fijn poeder.\r\n\r\nKortom, vanillebonen zijn een rijk en veelzijdig ingredi\u00ebnt in de keuken.
