We delen het recept met u!<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten voor 6 personen<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>1 vanillestokje<\/li><li>6 eidooiers<\/li><li>500 ml volle room<\/li><li>60 g suiker<\/li><li>4 el. bruine suiker<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Voorbereiding\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Verwarm je oven op 160\u00b0C.<\/li><li>Klop in een grote kom de eidooiers met de suiker tot het mengsel schuimig en luchtig is.<\/li><li>Verwarm in een steelpan de melk en de room met het vanillestokje (zaadjes en gespleten peul). Verwijder de peul en giet het mengsel al kloppend in de kom.<\/li><li>Giet het mengsel in kleine schaaltjes en zet ze in een ovenschaal met een hoge rand. Giet heet water tot halverwege de schaaltjes. Bak ongeveer 25 minuten.<\/li><li>Laat afkoelen en zet de vormpjes ongeveer 4 uur in de koelkast.
