Eenvoudig en snel te maken, het is een bijna niet te stoppen klassieker.<\/p><p>Panna cotta betekent &#8220;gekookte room&#8221; in het Italiaans&#8230; En de bereiding is net zo eenvoudig als de naam doet vermoeden. Je hebt maar een paar ingredi\u00ebnten nodig: room, suiker, een paar blaadjes gelatine&#8230; en een lekkere vanillestokje natuurlijk!<\/p><p>Om de zoetheid van de vanille naar voren te brengen, voegen wij graag konfituur of exotische vruchtenpuree toe aan de panna cotta. Wil je het thuis proberen? We delen ons recept met u!<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten voor 4 personen\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>1 vanillestokje<\/li><li>50cl volle room<\/li><li>50 g suiker<\/li><li>7 g gelatineblaadjes<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Voorbereiding\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Week de gelatineblaadjes een paar minuten in koud water.<\/li><li>Verwarm in een steelpan de room met de suiker en de vanille (zaadjes en gespleten peul).<\/li><li>Als de room begint te koken, verwijdert u het vanillestokje en voegt u, van het vuur af, de uitgewrongen gelatine toe. Roer een paar minuten tot de room is afgekoeld.<\/li><li>Giet het in de glaasjes.
