At Kasana, we keep things 100% natural: no preservatives, no added sugars, no additives. Their golden-brown colour is just the way nature made them, no sulphur dioxide to artificially keep them bright orange.
Behind these exceptional apricots are over 700 organic farmers in Turkey, supported daily by our local partner. These men and women grow not only apricots, but also raisins, figs, and hazelnuts. They receive ongoing training, technical support from agronomists, help with organic certification, and long-term contracts to secure their livelihood.
