Our cashew nuts are harvested, shelled and packaged in Burkina Faso, in partnership with Chouboupi, a cooperative of 300 local producers.
The shelled nuts are transported to Europe by boat, without intermediaries, and then stored in KASANA’s warehouses before reaching the silos of your grocery shop.
The development of a short Europe-Africa circuit allows us to divide our carbon footprint by 12 compared to traditional supply chains. It also ensures a fixed and fair income for the Chouboupi cooperative and its producers.
