Do you know energy balls? They are a healthy and tasty snack made from dried fruit.
Easy to take with you, these little energy balls are an ideal snack to give yourself a boost during a busy day or as part of a sporting activity.

For 12 energy balls
- 100g dried mangoes
- 10 pitted dates
- 100g whole cashew nuts
- 50g grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- In a food processor, blend the mangoes and dates into very small pieces.
- Add the cashew nuts, turmeric and half the coconut. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water and blend again.
- Form into balls and roll in the remaining coconut.
- Store your energy balls in an airtight container for a few days.
